Everybody is welcome – if you done yoga previously or not. You can join Ashtanga classes right away if you’ve practised before.
If you are a beginner , we recommend to join the Ashtanga course for beginners first (usually held during the weekends). Always let your instructor know if you’re injured or pregnant. If practise is new to you, listen to your body, take it easy and ask for more instructions after class. Our teachers are more than happy to help!
Classes are thought in Finnish, but teachers can give the key instructions also in English and show the postures.
Arrive to a class few minutes early and stay for the entire class. Savasana (final relaxation) is very important, don’t hurry but enjoy relaxing after class. Wear comfortable, light breathable clothes that allow you to move freely. We have yoga mats available for rent (2 Euros). We also have shower facilities.

Ashtanga Mysore class: Own traditional ashtanga practise. Teacher helps with alignments. You may enter the morning classes until 7:30 and evening mysore until 17:00.
Ashtanga all levels / kaikki tasot: You may enter the class once you have learned the basics at weekend course OR you know traditional ashtanga practise before.
